  • How do I ensure myself and other passengers’ safety?
    Refrain from moving around on the boat a lot. Running and jumping is strictly prohibited. The captain has sole discretion to expel you from the boat if he thinks that you are threatening your own or the other passengers' safety.
  • Who will guard my belongings?
    Watch out for your own belongings. Do not leave them unattended. We will not be responsible for your loss.
  • What safety features are on board?
    Life jackets are available under every tables and also in the Captain's room on the boat. We encourage everyone to wear a lifejacket. Floating devices are also located on the front, side and back of the ships.
  • Can I bring my own food on board?
    Self-brought food and beverages are strictly prohibited on the boat.
  • What is the ticket price for children?
    Children ticket price is the same as adult, RM15 for Sarawakians; RM18 for Non-Sarawakians and RM25 for Non-Malaysians.
  • Do I have to buy a ticket for my baby?
    Infant below 2 years old that travel on the lap of an adult travels for free.
  • Is toilet available on board?
    Yes toilet is located at the back of the boat.
  • When should I arrive at the wharf?
    Passengers are advised to arrive at least 15 mins before departure to avoid missing the boat.
  • What if it rains?
    We will put down curtains if it rains so cruise schedules are mostly not affected. It is advisable that you wear waterproof and anti-slip shoes, bring an umbrella and raincoat as they will come in handy.
  • Can we rent the whole boat?

  • When can I book for my ticket?
    Pre-booking is available anytime before departure. Please WhatsApp +60168752356 for booking.
  • Can I book a table for myself?
    Yes, you can book a table if you don't want to share your table with other passengers. (4 PERSON MAX).
  • Can you put my companion and my seats together?
    Yes, we will put you together as long as your tickets are purchased in a single receipt.
  • How do I prove that I have booked my ticket online?
    We will confirm your order after your payment. On the day of the tour, we will ask for your booking details to verify your booking order.
  • Can I buy tickets on the day?
    Yes, we sell tickets on a first come first serve basis. However, we cannot guarantee the availability of seats.
  • Can I reschedule or cancel my bookings?
    Unfortunately, re-scheduling and cancellation of bookings are strictly unavailable if we have reserved your seats for you.
  • Can I ask for a refund if I decide to not go?
    All tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE.
  • What if I miss the boat?
    All tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE. If we have reserved your seats, but you do not turn up on time, you can change your tickets to another date or time, but on the term that we charge a 50% penalty fee. Please arrive at least 15 mins before departure.
  • What if the trip is cancelled due to very bad weather or technical problems?
    Your health and safety are our utmost priority. If unfortunately we need to cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances, your ticket will be opened and carried forward to another favorable date of your choice, subject to availability.
